Wait

So a few of my friends are leaving to go to London tomorrow!
I'm so jealous, I want to leave too, but I want to wish them both the best of luck.
Bonnie and Laura are sweet, amazing people and they're doing a different program than I am. It has more to do with internships and working while they're in London, which is an amazing opportunity! Good luck you guys, even though I'm not entirely sure they're reading this n.n;

Anywho, my search for a coat is ALMOST over! I went over to Burlington Coat Factory and lo and behold, they have coats! Pretty cheap too, for the most part. Some of them were $100, down from $360!! That's a pretty good deal if you ask me! I'm trying to decide if I want this red coat.. it's gorgeous, but it's also red. Hm. Otherwise, I haven't got any 'warm' clothes, so sometime soon I want to go and see if I can find at least a couple of sweaters and such. I don't know exactly how cold it'll be, but I want to at least be prepared!

The packing itself isn't going very far. I never saw the practicality of packing months in advanced or whatever. What if I need something that I've already packed up? I mean, maybe I'd like it rather than scrounging together all of my belongings at the last minute, but I honestly don't know where to start. I put some things that I'm not using in our spare guest room for packing, but I haven't really touched anything in there since then. I think that's the worst part. I wish I could just zap everything over and it'd be peachy! Packing is such a hassle. Hopefully I'll get my act together soon. Other than warm clothes, I need some more jeans and I'm set! My check-list is mostly checked off.

I'm So Tired

Evening all! I know it's an odd time for a blog, but I thought this would help (:

I AM SO TIRED OF BEING HERE!
Don't get me wrong, I love home, and my parents, but now with all (well, most) of my friends gone back to school, I am stuck. I'm trying to get everything ready for leaving, but it's a big mess! I really need to be in school right now. I want to be back at Baylor with all of my awesome friends and such. It's a weird feeling :/

It can't come soon enough! I have a little less than three weeks to go! Come on, get here now!

Hello/Goodbye

I never know how to start blog posts, but here is my first!
Hello everyone!
This will be my blog for going abroad this semester. I haven't left yet, but I'm getting ready to. I figured I would make a super cool blog for all of my adventures and all that jazz.
As of now, I'm trying to get everything ready for when I leave. It's kind of hard to decide what to pack and what not to pack, but I got some help from Marissa and I have a list and good advice! I really wish that Texas would sell more winter appropriate clothing, but there's nothing I can really do about that! I just hope I can find a good coat, and maybe I can do a little bit of shopping over there!
It seems really unreal that I'm leaving in 23 days! I leave on September 17th!
It seems so far, but so close. I'm not really sure what's going on in my brain. It really feels weird not to be in school right now. Everyone at Baylor is there, and most of my friends are either going to classes or are back in their college towns. I wish all of you the best of luck!
